Yup, it's the first Saturday of April and so far the day is looking good. And what is a good way to start the day then to do some morning exercises.
Now these ones are gonna be fun and simple. And the main thing you're gonna need is a chair.
That's right a chair.
I have several family members and friends, who have trouble being able to get up and move mainly due to some medical issues. Well, I'm gonna share a few simple stretches to help wake the body up and then gonna do a simple exercise within your seat.
Now as a reminder, always consult any lifestyle changes or any form of exercises or dietary changes with your medical provider. They will let you know or provide any and all information to aide you on your journey.
This routine is gonna take about 10 maybe 15 minutes. For we're gonna stretch first, do the exercise, then stretch again.
And remember to do at you're own pace and importantly, have fun!
