Evening everyone, how has your day been?
I bet a lot was eager to be watching football again and not the reruns of past years. Sorry, I admit that I am not a big sports fan. Even though I am big on health and to stay active.
Speaking of active, who all is keeping up with the incentives, for we are now in week 12 of the 52.


This week is to practice breathing exercises or in other words, meditation. By doing these exercises brings benefits, such as easing stress, improve blood flow, and ease body pain.
Here's a technique that could be useful (page 93, for those who are following the book):
4-7-8 Breathing
- Sit comfortably with your back straight.
- Put one hand on your belly and the other on your chest.
- Take a deep, slow breath from your belly, and silently count to 4 as you breathe in.
- Hold your breath, and silently count from 1 to 7.
- Breathe out completely as you silently count from 1 to 8. Try to get all the air out of your lungs by the time you count to 8.
- Repeat three to seven times or until you feel calm.
Note: If you feel dizzy or light-headed, slowly return to normal breathing and ease into a more comfortable position until it passes.
Also, today I thought to add daily affirmations of encouragement. Plus, tomorrow I will also return to daily card drawings.
