5th Year Recognition

Hey Journeyers,  how is everyone doing. 

Well, I was originally going to share this back in October during my true date but anyways. On October 30th, of last year, I was recognized for my 5 years worth of working for the Dollar General store within the same location for so long.

I also had a chance to receive a gift from them, but it was back ordered. So, around the beginning of the month, I had a chance to reorder my gift and it finally arrived just before Valentines day.

Monthly Update: The Journey Continues

 

Hello Journeyers, how is everyone.

Here is a friendly update on my journey progress for the month of February.

Of course, weight is a yo-yo but so far down by 2 pounds since last month, plus i have toned/slimmed by a quarter to two inches of my body measurements.

Remember, always as your doctor, personal trainer, or dietitian, before doing any lifestyle changes.

Plus, I am also doing a monthly challenge. This month, its a "NO JUNK FOOD" Challenge. And so far, I am keeping strong, even though hubby has been tempting me lately with goodies he brings home to share.
