Hello Journeyers, how is everyone.
Here is a friendly update on my journey progress for the month of February.
Of course, weight is a yo-yo but so far down by 2 pounds since last month, plus i have toned/slimmed by a quarter to two inches of my body measurements.
Remember, always as your doctor, personal trainer, or dietitian, before doing any lifestyle changes.
