What's happening lately?

Hey everyone!
OMG! It's been a few months since my last post. But, just like everyone else, life right now is overly busy and stressed with the present happenings.
As you all know, there is a plaque of a major virus hitting the world that no one knows how to handle it. Other then what our governments and health officials suggest.

How am I handling all this?
Well, first off, I still work at the moment. My workplace is considered as an essential business. For we sell food, cleaning supplies and other essentials to help the surrounding people in my area.

Plus, I'm continuing to focus on my studies, even though on hold due to some financial drawbacks. But, I'm not giving up on my journey for a healthier lifestyle and to help people who are doing the same.
And here I am. Reaching out to all of you showing that I am here for you and we all can get through these hard times.

We all are at the point of being stuck. Gyms are closed. Centers and malls are closed. Meetings and support groups. So, what are we to do to keep up with our healthy lifestyles?

For me, I'm still looking for the best things to do at home. Youtube, has a ton of home workouts that you don't need any equipment. And you can pick any style of workouts that can fit your personality.
There's yoga, belly dancing, body groove, tai chi, walking, etc.

Also, you could look up healthy recipes on the net and keep track of within a journal. Plus, keep a tape measure close by to do waist measurements every month.

We all are in this together. And we can make it through.
