I, of course, been busy with work since my job is considered as one of the essentials needed.
That reminds me, I need to do a quick shout out to all the essential workers out there who are still working on the front lines of all of this.

So, I thought since we're all trying to find ways to keep motivated and not to get into a cabin fever funk, why don't we do a couple of challenges this coming month of June. And I said it right, a couple.
I am challenging everyone to a no Junk food challenge and a 3000 squat challenge this coming up month. At the end of it, I would do a personal shout out to all who made it through the month.Here's what you need to do:
Let me know that you're in it. Then each day, comment "DONE," on any of my post pages (twitter, Instagram, and Facebook) when post my own accomplish that day. Then at the end of the month when I do the new quarterly resolution recap, I will be doing the shout outs then.Very Simple. Plus, also remember if you do plan any lifestyle changes, please be sure to talk to your care provider about it.
