Evening everyone, how's it going?
Hopefully, everyone remembers to put their clocks back this morning. Or if you have digital, you don't have to worry so much about it. Luckily, my phone set itself, or I would have been late for work.
We're already on week 19 in our incentives, can you believe it?
This week's incentive is to have 2 to 3 servings of fruit daily.

- Experiment (pick different fruit weekly)
- Prepare for the week ahead
- Buy before ripe
- At Breakfast
- Lunch
- Snack
