End of Challenge, Starting New Plan

Wow, this month has gone by quickly.
How is everyone doing? How well did you all do one my challenges for those who did follow; Congrats!! We made it!

Now, time to start a new.
For July (starting tomorrow) would be the resolution review for the third quarter. The start of my new challenge, 30 plus mile walking (July 1-30). And the 52 small changes advises (from "52 small changes; one year to a happier, healthier you," by Brett Blumenthal).

Here's an inside look on what is to expect during the next 52 weeks.
(From page 7)
1) A fuller, more rewarding life
2) Improved outlook
3) Graceful Aging
4) Self-esteem
5) Natural prevention
6) Increased control of your life
7)Raised awareness

Each week, I will be placing down advice on certain subjects from the book. Adding to a checklist each week to help with life improvements. Some will also come with charts, exercise routines, and your own motivation to make a difference.

Be prepared for tomorrow, once I return from work and we will get started.
Have a good night.
Take care.

Revolution Review and Plans for Coming Weeks

Hey Everyone!!
How are you all doing so far?
The month is almost over, with tomorrow being the last day of the month and of my 30-day challenges.

So, on Wednesday, July 1st, I will be starting a new walking challenge for all with the help of the Leslie Sanson program (I'm not being sponsored, promoting, or have any copyrights).
I also will be going through the new quarterly revolution. Plus, as I was reading a well-being book called "52 Small Changes, One Year to a Happier, Healthier You," by Brett Blumenthal, (again not sponsored or promoting). It gave me an idea to share each week the ideals of how to better your lifestyle with weekly changes to improvement on yourself.

These are just ideas right now. But, let me know your own thought of if I should do this or not. I believe that the information would be useful to better ourselves as human beings.

I wish everyone a good day. Take care, be safe, and stay healthy.

I apologize for such a small blog, but it's been a long day and still has lots to do before it ends.
Today is day 29 in my squat challenge with 480 squats that need to be done before the day's end. A lot more cleaning of the house. And to get things ready for work tomorrow.

Catch you all later!

Day 11 Check In and Belated Anniversary Shout Out

Hey Everyone!
How are we all doing today?

Well, today is day eleven in our challenge. How are you all feeling? I know that I'm really feeling it in my legs but I can feel myself strengthing and toning my muscles.
Now, remember, today is 60 squats. So, if you have to, spread them out do 10 for each hour for 6 hours. Or do 20 every other hour. This way you won't get too tired too quickly.
You can do the same thing tomorrow for the first 120 squat sets.

We got this challenge and already 1/3 of the month gone by.

Plus, while I'm here.
I already did a couple of shout outs yesterday to my parents on Facebook. But, I would love to do one here since I have forgotten to post it.
But, to my loving parents, Lyle and Lucretia, I wanna wish you both a blessed 25th wedding anniversary. I've watched you both go through a lot since you both been together for 30 years already. Moving across country, owning businesses, and dealing with personal turmoil. But, in the end, you both show your love for each other every day.
Loves you both.

Afternoon everyone, It's Jessy again!

Did you all catch my video earlier today on either YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook?
If not, here it is for your viewing pleasures.

Today of course is Day 6 in my June Challenge and we're on 15 squats for today. Yesterday, it was 60 squats. And my legs are feeling it today.
So, since Monday (June 1st) until today, we did up 165 squats in total.

Not too bad for starters and a long way to go.

Day Three in the Challenge!!

We're already on day 3 of my June challenge.
Monday was the first, 15 squats were due, and starting the "No Junk Food," which I also admit is a challenge. Especially when the hubby has me buying chips, cookies, and donuts the day before.

But anyways, I'm here to see how is everyone doing on day three of my Challenges.
Today would be 15 squats follow by 30 tomorrow. The 5th is going to be trickier when we start hitting 60 squats.
Just remember to pace yourself and you will do fine.

Also, as a reminder to always talk to your doctor on all life changes. And that's what this is, a lifestyle.

So, is everyone else like me and is slowly getting out of the quarentine rut and to start get motivated. I know that after my talk with my doctor, yeah I got motivated.
I'm going to be very blunt here, I am what they called, morbid obest. And even though I don't look it, I am on a not so good weight.
That's why I am doing my best and trying to get back into shape to improve my life and to be healthier.

Anyways everyone, it is late and time for me to sign off and head for bed. I have to be up early again for work and pray that the day will treat me right.
Have a good night, be safe and be healthy.
