How is everyone doing? How well did you all do one my challenges for those who did follow; Congrats!! We made it!
Now, time to start a new.
For July (starting tomorrow) would be the resolution review for the third quarter. The start of my new challenge, 30 plus mile walking (July 1-30). And the 52 small changes advises (from "52 small changes; one year to a happier, healthier you," by Brett Blumenthal).Here's an inside look on what is to expect during the next 52 weeks.

Each week, I will be placing down advice on certain subjects from the book. Adding to a checklist each week to help with life improvements. Some will also come with charts, exercise routines, and your own motivation to make a difference.
